Naše maso is a butcher’s that sells beef from Czech Fleckvieh cattle, pork from Přeštice Black Pied pigs, and sausages and smoked meats made from recipes dating back to the First Czechoslovak Republic.


All meat supplied by Amaso comes from the animals of domestic breeders, and in the case of Wagyu, from the Torikai farm in Japan, whom the butchers know personally. They ensure that the animals live a happy life before overseeing their slaughter.


In a dedicated facility in Jenč, the butchers break down the meat themselves - leaving some parts to age and turning others into sausages and smoked meats.
